Beam Queen was founded by Olympian, Samantha Peszek, who gathers other Olympians, NCAA Champions, All-Americans, NCAA Coaches, choreographers, and other gymnastics experts. The elite staff makes this event one-of-a-kind as they bring energy, inspiration and encouragement to every location.
Each BQBC is slightly different depending on the staff makeup, but every BQBC event consists of two days and four hours each day. We focus on skills, drills, choreography, dance, and judging. We also offer a confidence training rotation as we feel this is the most important ingredient to have success on beam and in life. We will also teach the gymnasts the Triple Threat, which are the three rules for staying on beam!
We're able to provide gymnasts with unique opportunities they wouldn't normally receive at their regular practice such as:
- Confidence training
- A session with a judge (a fan favorite)
- Beam stories from our staff on how they overcame their biggest obstacle on the event
- and more!
Our BQBC family keeps growing! We're very proud that we've been to 42 states and have worked with thousands of gymnasts from around the world that represent 49 states and 6 countries. We're happy to have you part of this amazing community too!
This Bootcamp is for levels 3 and up including XCEL Silver and up.

This ticket is for coaches that are interested in coming to learn from our knowledgable staff. We will send you the complimentary BQBC Coaches Guide, complete with our beam philosophies and details on how to build a healthy athlete/coach relationship.Please note, this is ONLY for coaches that are USAG Professional Members or Instructor members. This photo package will come with at least 2 studio shots, as well as a group photo with all gymnasts and coaches.Our photographer will be taking professional studio shots 1 HOUR BEFORE the second day of the Beam Queen Bootcamp event. This has been one of the biggest requests from parents at past events, so we're excited to be able to offer this add-on! We know athletes LOVE to have photos of their experience at Beam Queen to share on social media.-This is our early bird pricing. Please note: there will be a price increase on site at the event!
